Kırıkkale University visits Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan with the mission of the Great Muslim Turkish World of the Near Future

Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan and his delegation visited Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The program started with a visit to the Oriental University. Dr. Mamatakhunov Nozimjon Azizovich, Rector of Oriental University, Dr. Yılmaz Çankaloğlu, Ikram Akhmedov, specialist of international relations, welcomed Kırıkkale University delegation and gave information about Oriental University. Dr. Mamatakhunov Nozimjon expressed his gratitude for the visit and bilateral cooperation with Türkiye and Kırıkkale University. Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan gave information about defense industry, accredited programs and internationalization of Kırıkkale University.

After the meeting, a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed. After the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan wrote his views on the Oriental University diary. “Distinguished executives and students of Oritental University, I am very pleased with the visit and bilateral cooperation with Oriental University, which is a young university in the Ancestral Lands. I hope this collaboration strengthens the relationship between Kırıkkale University and Oriental State University, with which we have brotherhood, and it contributes to realize the Great Muslim Turkish World of the Near Future. I wish you success in your work with all my sincerity.” The meeting ended with a mutual exchange of gifts and a photo shoot. Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan gave a seminar on the History of Science in Islam, and he mentioned the golden age of Islam and its contribution to modern science.

After the visit to Oriental University, our Rector and his delegation visited Profi University. Prof. Dr. G’ayrat Shoumarov, Rector of Profi University, Zabardast Narzikulov, Responsible Vice Rector for International Relations, welcomed Kırıkkale University delegation and gave information about Profi University. After the meeting, a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed and Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan gave a seminar on the History of Science in Islam. The visit ended with a photo shoot.

After the universities in Tashkent, Kırıkkale University delegation also visited the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan in Tashkent. Prof. Dr. Muzafar Kamilov, Rector of International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, Dr. Astanakulov Olim Tashtemirovich, Dr. Zokirjon Ruziev, Habibullo Sadıbakosev, Vice Rectors, Dr. Bahadır Khujaev, Head of International Office, academicians welcomed Kırıkkale University delegation. Bilateral cooperation opportunities were discussed between the two universities, and 12 items were prepared within this scope. They exchanged opinions on the potential studies in the fields of miniature works, translation, religious tourism and Islamic law, etc.. The meeting ended with a mutual exchange of gifts and a photo shoot.

Kırıkkale University delegation attended the “International Day” event organized by an international primary school in Uzbekistan. The Oriental University delegation also attended the event. Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan thanked everyone who contributed to the event.

In the last day, our Rector and Kırıkkale University delegation visited the Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sports. Prof. Dr. Rashid Matkarimov, Rector of Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sports, Jasur Zarifbayev, Vice Rector, University executives welcomed Kırıkkale University delegation. The program started with a museum tour. Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan wrote his views on the University diary.

After the promotion of the Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sports, Assist. Prof. Dr. Zeynep Başer, Head of International Office, gave information about Kırıkkale University, its bilateral cooperation, and the place of Kırıkkale University in the world rankings. After the meeting, a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed. The visit ended with a mutual exchange of gifts and a photo shoot.
