KIRIKKALE UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONALIZATION POLICY
GOAL
Kırıkkale University aims to contribute to the
development of the qualifications of its students as well as academic and
administrative staff in line with the concept of internationalization in higher
education and ensure that the University has international standards in every
field throughout its units related to internationalization.
PRINCIPLES
The principles of the Internationalization Policy are
as follows:
- to apply for
international funds in education-training and research-development projects and
to increase the number of international multi-partner projects by adding
partner universities to the cooperation with industrial
organizations within the country,
- to conduct
projects by developing a matrix of national industrial problems and creating
resources with partner universities,
- to increase the
number of accredited units through international accredited institutions,
- to fulfil the
responsibilities given by the high-level cooperation agreements between the
countries with partner universities,
- to increase the
number of agreements within the scope of international exchange programs, to
ensure the active participation of the students and academic and administrative
staff of the university in these programs, and to increase the number of
incoming students and staff from abroad by offering more courses that can be
given in foreign languages, which is in line with the strategic goals of the
university,
- to carry out
student and teaching staff exchanges between universities with project-based
studies, as well,
- to implement
joint programs at associate, undergraduate and graduate levels between universities
with which it has bilateral agreements,
- to establish
mutual language programs that will pave the way for partner universities to
communicate with each other in their own language in the near future.
