"Innovative Support and Education Project through Consultancy" Meeting Held for Parents of Disabled Children

The kick-off meeting of
the "Innovative Support and Education Project through Counseling for
Parents of Disabled Children (IPAR)" was held under the coordination of
Kırıkkale University, in collaboration with the Sociological Research Center
Association (SAMDER), the Association for Understanding and Social Support of
Disadvantaged Groups (DEG-DER), the Poland Lubelska Akademia-WSEI University
and the Slovakia Spolupracou Prelepsiu Buducnost-Velky Meder Association.

of Child Development of the Faculty of Health Sciences attended the meeting.
Assist. Prof. Dr Nuray Öztürk gave information about the aims of the project. Prof. Dr. Erol Yılmaz stated that it was very valuable that the project included families and the disabled. Our project partners Dr. Jacek Łukasiewicz, Ildiko Hanuliakiva, Prof. Dr. Yahya Mustafa Keskin and Assist. Prof. Dr. Nesime Kübra Terzioğlu gave information about their institutions and their work for disadvantaged groups.
